Sir Paul McCartney has been an advocate of the go-green practice also known as "Meat-free Mondays. " The reasoning: be a vegetarian an individual day a week, benefit the environment and benefit your health and fitness. Now his daughter is actually following in his energy-saving actions.
"It's ok to just sacrifice meat for one time of day, it doesn't make that you simply vegetarian if you do not like vegetarians, it doesn't help you become a cranky, hemp putting on pot smoker. It's fine, it's allowed - it would not necessarily make you some sort of the person you don't plan to be. It just means you're up to something positive. If everyone gave it standing on a Monday it would more effective than everybody stopping driving their car even on a Monday, " said Stella on the UK Telegraph.
And her father sang another similar tune: "A lot of people navigate to the gym on a Thursday. With meat-free Mondays, it's actually a bit like going to your gym but with the added good thing about protecting the planet, " talked about Sir Paul, as quotes in The Grocer.
