  8. Reward yourself because a goal is achieved. A GOOD movie, book, magazine, club visit, or day trip are found some ways to party a completed goal.

Remember, early steps could be small. So what? You could be moving in the appropriate direction, and that will be what matters. Celebrate that you're most likely taking control.
