1. Drink plenty of water and lower soda and sugary liquids.
2. Eat a diet full of fresh fruits and veggies.
3. Eat hard working liver, beans, eggs for DHA and even peanut butter with DHA.
4. Drink milk with some milk fat inside. Eat yogurt with on the subject of 2-5 grams of weight per cup.
