Ricki Lake just likes to dance - and the fat loss that has resulted from her Dancing using the Stars success makes some of those swoops and swirls at the dance floor even additional delightful! Admitting that she lost above 20 pounds thus a great deal, Ricki confessed to some sort of People magazine reporter that she's not merely changed her exercise schedule (as in, gulp!, 5 hrs of dance rehearsal daily), and changed her eating practices. Bring on the oats and veggie omelettes.

Receiving increasing compliments on her gritty determination to learn the steps and complicated twirls, Nancy did finally confess to somewhat of a People magazine reporter in the interview October 20, 2011, that she's lost 16 pounds to date in the season.
