You're sense stressed (worried about job... perturbed about your pets), therefore you try to stuff downward that worry by over eating a quart of two bottle chocolate chip fudge ripple cool cream. Result: more emotional stress... and more weight issues. Break the cycle with the help of Dr. Oz's tips for the purpose of tranquility.

Take your deep breath (yes, that's the main tips! ) and:

  • Create the "ignore" list. What's stressing you out that you just can't change (your manager's comment to your account before you left any office... the vet visit that is definitely scheduled for tomorrow)? Use it your "ignore" list -- not to mention fuhgeddabout it.
  • Take 5 great breaths (ahhhh.... ) and clear the mind. Just.... be.
  • Make a subscriber base - not of problems or woes but with what you're grateful pertaining to. It can be small (you found your own type of apples available at the store) or possibly major (you got any promotion). Contemplate that appreciation list to center on your own and relax.
