After losing and gaining the exact same 15 to 30 pounds until you get it, Lisa Lillien had some sort of wake-up call... and that it was her kitchen calling. Now called the famous diet cocinero Hungry Girl, Lisa thought he would remake all her most popular foods by slashing their own calories. Result: Lisa remove the pounds, kept them off in addition to shared her recipes in what has developed into a library worth of Eager Girl cookbooks, reported your Atlanta Journal Constitution. Lisa's theory is that the majority of us eat too many calorie consumption because we can't resist our absolute favorite foods. She had the equivalent problem until "one day We woke up and WE said, 'You know what exactly? That's not the technique to tackle a weight concern, '" Lisa told this Atlanta Journal. And so Lisa realized to "turn boxes all over and turn cans close to and read labels and learn what it means and learn to really maintain a healthier fat. " Now she's stating her secrets and their recipes for transforming your best comfort foods into perfectly flavored, calorie-slashed delights in some books:
