Finally ready to discuss her miscarriage, "Real Housewife" star Bethenny Frankel tells she blames herself and it's experiencing emotions ranging by sorrow to relief. "I went through a selection of emotions. There was something consequently sad about itthat there was a life there, and suddenly it was not likely there. There was as well, I have to declare, a bit of alleviation. And then there was immense guilt in the relief, " Bethenny says on the July issue of Glamour newspaper.
