Pasta Tricolore

1 medium (253g) zucchini
1 carrier (191g) yellow squash
8 oz (227g) whole- wheat fusilli and / or penne pasta
1 big (189g) red bell spice up, seeded and cut in thin strips
Juice and additionally grated zest from 1 lime (50g)
1 tablespoon (14g) olive oil
12 glass (67g) pitted Kalamata and / or other Italian or Ancient black olives, sliced
12 glass (25g) chopped fresh basil
1 oz . (28g) grated Parmesan mozzarella dairy product (see note)
Salt together with freshly ground black spice up to taste (optional)
4 sprigs healthy basil
1. Cut the zucchini and squash by 50 % lengthwise. Use a teaspoon for you to scrape the seeds away from each half. Cut crosswise in 1 2- inch- heavy crescents.
