Everyone knows exercise is necessary, but how much exercise do we end up needing? The American College regarding Sports Medicine (ACSM) contains exercise recommendations and regulations for healthy American parents. These recommendations might great shock you, or, get you motivated get started on moving!

ACSM shows that you engage in moderate workouts (walking, jogging, swimming, and biking) for 30 minutes per day, 5 times a workweek. That is a overall of 150 minutes each week.
