Producing meal, which are less as opposed to 300 calories that still hold a satisfying flavor, is not always easy.   • Lean Land surface Beef (93/7 if available)
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Shreaded mozzarella dairy product (made with 2% milk)
  • Picante Spices. (Always good for you)

Brown ground level beef in a griddle and drain all surplus juices. Then the rest have to be self-explanatory. You can also place al of your ingredients on the tortilla and be able to place it in the oven for that scrumptious Mexican pizza (minus your lettuce of course).
