Remember while you were a kid together with Mom made those grain cereal treats? Here's your sweet surprise: depending over the variation used, these snacks typically are under 100 excess calories!

Brighten your The holiday season (and avoid excess calories) by simply satisfying your sweet dental care. Use my variation below for that low-fat delight:

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons diminished calorie butter, 10 oz of marshmallows, 6 and 1/2 glasses of Rice Chex cereal, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla get, and 1/2 teaspoon almond draw out. You will also have to have red food extract, earth-friendly food extract, and some butter spray.

In a substantial pan, carefully melt the butter (use an incredibly low heat to stay clear of browning! ). Slowly stir from the marshmallows until they are generally melted. Put the Rice Chex somewhere between two sheets of wax paper and employ a rolling pin to grind (you're burning calories, yay! ). Slowly mix when using the marshmallow mixture. Divide a mixture into two containers. Into one bowl, wake in 1/2 teaspoon vanilla get and red food plant. Into the other can, stir in 1/2 teaspoon almond herb and green food plant.

Press the marshmallow combin into two large, non-stick pans coated by having a butter spray (I usually use Pam butter spray). Take note: only have 1 griddle? Cheat and just be sure you keep the colors as well as flavors separated!

Cool, slashed into squares, and arrange even on a plate. Tip: have little kids going to your Xmas? Jazz it up for him or her by pressing Hershey's kisses onto a handful of the treats before they currently have cooled.

Save the recipe (minus the meal extract! ) for those Completely new Year's Resolutions to reduce! A great variation: usage chocolate extract and sugar-free chocolate bar chips!
