Here's this recipe that Brett not to mention Cara showed off relating to Tuesday night's Biggest Loser -- the application uses Jennie-O turkey lean beef, and the recipe was made by Biggest Loser dietitian Cheryl Forberg, RD.

Jennie-O Largest Loser Turkey Taco Muffins

(Makes 6 helpings of two taco muffins)

  • 3 (6-inch) stone-ground hammer toe tortillas
  • 12 Jennie-O Egypr Store Turkey Breakfast Chicken Links, cooked according to arrangement instructions and cut by 50 percent widthwise
  • 1/2 cup tomato salsa
  • 2 1/4 cups of coffee liquid egg white or maybe egg substitute
  • 1/4 pot (1 ounce) finely shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tumbler sliced ripe olives
  • 2 tablespoons cut fresh cilantro
  • 12 tablespoons toast tomato salsa (or the best salsa)
  • 1 non-stick muffin pan
  • Lowfat and / or fat free refried legumes (optional)
  • Extra salsa (optional)
  • Fresh melons slices (optional)
  1. Heat range to 400 degrees P OKER.
  2. Stack tortillas not to mention cut into quarters. Cut quarters in half so you'll get 8 wedges for each tortilla (and an overall of 24 wedges). Spray each muffin cup with essential olive oil cooking spray.
