In this week's episode of your Biggest Loser, the debate on whether age matters in the case of weight loss continues. Once the premiere last week, contestants/teams were split in line with age, and ironically, amongst the oldest members went place. Did that change this particular week?

More episode and games, this might be reality TV, afterall. And understanding the trainers more...

  • Bob to Antone - "Release demons inside you", after Antone struggles while using the intense workouts
  • Dolvett within the last chance workout - "Don't come up with excuses, make results. It hurts to check good"
  • And finally, a new quote from new machine Anna. Not really a new quote, but an old Russian saying "Don't take a seat on the couch and spit for the ceiling and expect conisderations to happen for you"

Yes, that has been deep. Participants face the dreaded second week about the scale and learn lessons in the act:

  • Black team associate John - "You must surrender sometimes. You can't control everything"
  • Red team members concentrated on nutrition and the 30 completely different flavors of sponsor Yoplait yogurt
  • Black organization member Ramone - "I wish to live because I'm over killing myself"

After the whole set of drama, more grueling workouts - which has sweat and tears, the Blue team [age 50 and even above] loses the weigh-in once more. This isn't starting too well for that "Age doesn't matter" look as oldest team part at 65, Johnny, will go home. Johnny continues his cutting edge lease on life like he continues his fat burning at home, losing 59 lbs until now. "It woke me way up, tripled my energy", Johnny describes his experience over the BL ranch. Good luck in the home Johnny!

For more honesty in fat loss and a true like to educate, the author has been often proves to be sarcastic and realistic with regards to weight loss. It should be because she has gone through it herself and works quite hard to show people a nourishing, safe way to drop some weight permanently - with simply no pills or shakes - solely common sense and a modest amount of hard work.
