Argh. Fad diets come and go similar to fashions, and now - just soon enough for St. Patrick's Moment - the cabbage soups diet has returned. Burp!
Here's fortunately: although the diet itself isn't really healthy, the cabbage soup recipe raised for the diet can participate in your lunch or dinner which has a salad for a very low calorie meal. It's lining, low in calories and filled with health supplements.
Here's my version than me.
Ingredients:
- 2 cut green bell peppers
- 1 may well of diced tomatoes
- 4 marauded celery stalks
- 1/2 sale of cabbage, chopped
- 1 package from onion soup mix
- 6 glasses of low-sodium, fat free hen broth.
