For the class of Dr. Mehmet Oz, that Emmy-award winning health chat show host, it's some sort of vegetarian delight! Describing on his own as "95 percent vegetarian" to help People magazine recently, Medical professional. Oz takes pride in his talents in the kitchen area. Among the family's bookmarks: a vegetable casserole manufactured rich with flavors, via garlic to rosemary.
Ingredients for the purpose of Root Veggie Medley
- 1/4 hole sweet potatoes
- 1/4 mug carrots
- 1/4 cup fingerling potatoes
- 1/4 drink skinned whole shallots
- 1/4 mug garlic cloves
- 1/4 container parsnips
- 1/4 cup beets
- 1/3 drink olive oil
- 1 tsp dehydrated rosemary
- 1 tsp dry thyme
- 2 tbsp balsamic white vinegar glaze
- Salt and spice up to taste
Directions: Merge all pre-cooked vegetables for large bowl. Toss the mixed vegetables together with the olive oil, thyme, balsamic white vinegar glaze, salt and spice up. Serve up and like!
