Currently, i am running our "Rock Your Jeans" Challenge for the Body You Want Fitness Solutions located throughout DC in Georgetown. That is an 8 week problem to drop 2 jean measurements safely and healthfully.
All our members in the challenge should live in Washington, DC or the neighboring area and work fulltime and have full busy lives - like everyone else. How are they attending drop 2 sizes during 8 weeks? By centering on and measuring compliance rather than obsessing over the results.
At the beginning everybody was photographed trying their skinny jeans on. Many people had a couple of to 6 inches concerning the button and the key hole. We just passed our half-way mark while it was time to test on those jeans just as before. Everyone was able to make sure you zip and button him or her!
