A several months ago I started a brand new job as a cashier by Springs Liquor Outlet within Colorado Springs. This was the initial job in about a number of years where I was expected in which to stay one place for a lot of the six hour shift on a daily basis, and after a number hours, my back was initially stiff, my neck hurt (I have a very good degenerated disc and pinched nerve), as well as my legs were worn-out. If you have organization where you have are a symbol of long hours and your mobility is fixed, here are some exercises you can try to feel better 24 hours a day.

Back stretch. Place the hands on the counter along with your feet together, 2 feet on the counter. Place your head involving the arms, bend your body towards a 90 degree angle, and stretch unless you want to feel it start to secrete the stiffness in a person's back. Hold for 10 seconds.

Leg stretch. Place your left lower body 8 to 10 inches around you, like you tend to be walking. Bend your left knee slightly to a modified lunge. Hold designed for ten seconds, and repeat with right leg before.

Tired feet. Take a position with feet shoulder-width away from each other. While holding onto any counter for balance, raise high on tip-toes. Hold for 12 seconds. Repeat as vital.

Stiff back. After doing a corner stretch above, raise hands to shoulder height, arms together. Twist your body first to 1 side, then the additional, five times. Relax hands.

Remember to drink water every day to keep your joints lubricated and remain hydrated.

These exercises will assist you to stay loose during job day, and maybe make built seem not so very long!
