One expression sums up Heidi Powell's everyday living: Busy. Persuading small children to eat well just isn't easy. Heidi and Chris take it easy with their 8-year-old, 6-year-old and even 2-year-old kids, but Heidi admits which will "kids are kids, and like good-tasting foods. " Enjoy does she respond when her children reply to commercials for forbidden foods which include sugary cereals and ready made meals happy meals? Heidi and Chris target teaching their children that sensibly are also yummy food items. The rules of their residence that can benefit virtually all families:
- "Keep range healthy, whole foods readily available, " says Heidi. From fruits and vegetables to gluten-free snacks in addition to Greek yogurt, naturally well balanced meals always are available.
