Yummy, mouth watering, yummy, you've got turkey as part of your tummy... and you're already dreaming within the leftovers. Gravy and filling piled on fried chicken piled on thick sourdough loaf of bread, perhaps? Sauteed turkey capped with melted cheese? Gulp. It is a diet SOS - and we have now the answers:
- As soon for the reason that dishes are cleared, strip your skin from the turkey as well as toss it. Take a paper soft towel and pat the chicken dry (watch the grease get absorbed inside towel - those are excess weight calories you don't choose or need! )
- Strip the bright white meat and dark meat separately through the turkey. Save the bright white turkey meat for low-calorie dishes, and give the darkness meat leftovers to anyone inside the family who isn't using a diet!
- Use this white meat for cocinero salads (use fat-free parmesan cheese, hard-boiled eggs, lots about veggies, and fat-free greens dressing, and you've have a fabulously tasty, stuffing, healthy dish! ), open-faced sandwiches (pile great with lettuce and acidic tomatoes, use one slice wholegrain bread, and spread along with mustard - no mayo), together with saute in fat-free roasted chicken broth.
