You don't normally associate term "delicious" with diets. But relating to Daphne Oz's clever alternative on good-for-you cabbage, that's exactly the right adjective. Showing off her balanced cooking skills and dishing on her behalf new cookbook on Wendy Williams' chat show on April 22, Daphne explained that your woman designed her recipes to mix fabulous flavor with decreased calorie virtue. Ingredients
- 4 servings shredded green cabbage
- 1 drink shredded purple cabbage
- 2 moderate carrots, peeled and shredded
- 1 modest red onion, sliced particularly thin
