Each year, specified diets become trendy. Clearly there was the year of the actual cabbage soup diet (burp! ). 12 months of the grapefruit diet regime (please pass the pyrosis ( heartburn ) medicine). The year with the maple-syrup-lemon-juice "fast" (ick). That year, the popular eating plans ranged from green beverages (get a blender) towards vegan food plans.
