When I take advantage of the word insanity to explain a workout, Im usually referring towards latest ridiculous fad to hit the industry (Shake Weight, anyone? ). But after i heard about a new fitness routine called INSANITY from Beachbody, makers in the highly-effective P90X program, I had to go here.
