Let's face this, sometimes just getting into the gym is all the excuse amazing not go at virtually all. The monotony of all the machines, coupled with the very thought of using precious (and not forgetting expensive! ) gas to receive there is enough in order to convince us we will need to skip it and stay in the house.
Getting to the gym shouldn't be our excuse to possibly not go. And yes, gas is expensive (I just chock-full at King Sooper's meant for $40! ), but so can be medical bills associated along with failing health. The good news is that you don't need to go to a gym to buy a work out... you can still do it from your own household (which is pretty useful as those cold Co days are right inevitable and sitting in a freezing car awaiting the heater to limber up is not very appealing).
