The Biggest Loss trainers Jillian Michaels, Dolvett Quince and Kevin Harper have helped tons of contestants lose weight and also improve their health. Any trainers shared their very best tips with Dr. Oz in the Jan. 11 episode within the Dr. Oz Show.
Former hollywood trainer, Bob Harper, have been on every season for the show. Harper said eating a sufficient amount of fiber is key to weight-loss. Fiber helps with digestion and provides us a feeling associated with fullness. Bob said berries would be a great source of fiber content.
Harper also aware against drinking calories. A specialty restaurant latte can have more calories in buying it than a meal. Sticking with water is a better option.
Michaels in addition has been with the show since beginning, but hasnt worked tirelessly on every season. Jillian just returned towards the show after a a couple year hiatus. Michaels said counting calories happens to be an absolute necessity in the case of weight loss. However, Jillian stressed that its important to not ever go below 1, 200 calories per day for women and 1, 600 calories per day for men.
Quince said the actual key to getting and staying slim could be to eat plenty of fresh vegetables. Dolvett also recommends eating loads of lean protein and reducing carbs. Quince recommends taking in whoel grains, such seeing that brown rice, when you will do eat carbs.
The 14th season of this Biggest Loser airs Mondays concerning NBC.
