If you recently shifted to some gluten-free diet, you quite possibly have 2 hungry thoughts: "What do I have for breakfast" and "How related to my lunchtime sandwich? " I've got the answers accompanied by a round-up of my beloved gluten-free breads and cereals.
Breakfast cereals: Breakfast is an important meal of the evening (yup, mom was best suited! ). Imagine crunching on a new bowl of cereal which usually tastes like pancakes protected with maple syrup - and it's useful in quitting smoking! That's Arrowhead Mills Healthy Maple Buckwheat Flakes - gluten-free and even great-tasting, plus healthy. Word of advice: try with unsweetened vanilla almond of milk for breakfast bliss! An alternative favorite: Erewhon Crispy Red Rice with Mixed Blueberries and other berries. It's similar to Kellogg's Distinctive K with strawberries - however it's gluten free, without many of the preservatives in Special T.
Breads: Missing bread for one's noontime sandwich? Make the application yourself, with The Gluten-Free Kitchen Favorite Sandwich Bread Selection! Spread with canned, drained salmon combined with chopped chives and some sort of dash of garlic, along with a squeeze of lemon. Soooo good and useful in quitting smoking. Another winner: Mestemacher Overall Rye Bread. Chewy and even tasty. Note: this can be wheat free, which is ideal for those who are whole wheat intolerant.
