True.... or false?

False, depending on a new 2011 review. Published in the International Academic journal of Sport Nutrition and even Exercise Metabolism, the researchers found that exercisers burned MORE fat as soon as they worked out after morning meal. The reason? These experts analyzed that eating causes the human body to use more the necessary oxygen, causing your metabolism to go up and burn more excessive fat.

And no excuses about "I are deprived of time to eat breakfast": something as simple as partnering that cup of joe or tea with some nutrition bar, such being Fiber One bar, can fortify you for that better workout.
