Last night's Episode 6 on the Biggest Loser was tortuous in certain ways - again experiencing "family", love, chocolate and, the game-playing. America's most-watched TV weight-loss show one more time took it to this extreme, pushing the teams against one, against their family in addition to against their battle to misplace weight.

The first challenge was terrible in case you are trying to lose body weight - being left alone in a very room completely full associated with chocolate. In celebration of Romantic days celebration and it's ironic complement into chocolate, the contestants have to decide on whether they want power to find the teams or power in the chocolate. It started out good along with the girls:

  • Sarah - didn't want to participate on eating the chocolate "I didn't come here to take chocolate. Chocolate got us here"
  • Jennifer - refused to gnaw on any chocolate
  • Hannah - hates Romantic days celebration and all it implies

And then boys went to place:

  • Q - got 4 pieces
  • Rulon - "If it contributes greatly you and gets you to definitely your long-term goal", he ate 5 pieces
  • Moses - wishes to keep his "family together" not to mention ate 21 pieces, this is not to be outdone by
  • Arthur - the greatest man on the Leading Loser, the man what individuals struggles to walk, the person who needs to lose probably the most, made the decision but not only to eat chocolate, but to cram that down piece by piece within a chocolate frenzy, eating 35 total pieces

This was the saddest area of all. Watching a man who clearly comes with a addiction problem with nutrition, using food as the right way to get ahead in all the "game". Doesn't make experience. But again, this IS CERTAINLY reality TV. Who in your house could eat 35 bits of chocolate easily? So all the battle begins. Arthur continues to get bad decisions and breaks up the teams to eliminate a couple who he or she was threatened by, Jen in addition to Jay. "Karma is some bitch" replies Jay, who joins his new team for ones week.

The tranquility inside gym is tested this kind of week as both teams must share space for most of the workouts. Lots of close-up's in the poor new trainer Cara who might look like a deer in headlights, and trainer Jillian perched on a bit of equipment spouting "No a particular messes with me". The hard workouts carry on as each team struggles to out-perform one other team.

The physical challenge was a mixture of stations testing contestants' strength, speed, agility, strength as well as knowledge. The teams competed against 1 another and the almost all-girl black team won up against the more powerful red crew. And the games keep going. No more chocolate on this occasion, though. The weigh-in continues as Moses sets a fresh BL record of burning off 100 lbs. in the pioneer six weeks of opposition. The red team manages to lose the weigh-in and eventually sends home their poor performer, Q, from yesterday evening. Q has done an ideal job at home, losing a total regarding 92 lbs and investing in his wife to "continue to modify lives and this is where it will now start".

The Valentine's Day theme for any show included love, family and chocolate along with the emotions that those point out and are sometimes entertwined. Your love of chocolate, your addiction of chocolate, the requirement for chocolate at Valentine's. The temptation challenge was hard to watch out, but then it is only a game, right?
