Overhauling that will old destructive lifestyle amounts to just a mountain, yes. It's allowed to be that way, because foods tastes good, and having is fun. But bitterness, surprisingly, is not the important thing to healthier living. One small piece of great news is that this pile of a task doesn't have to be impossible.
