For ages the writer never interested in getting health insurance within the companies he worked with regard to. Often times it appeared to be a matter of just waiting standard 90 days to be accepted with an employer sponsored program. The writer also received his choice of types of co-pays he would end up being charged for prescriptions, doctors visits etc. In other words all the writer didnt have lots of worries when it came to registering to health insurance. But the previous few years has been an alternative story, the writer has pointed out that not all companies are offering to you health insurance for his or her employees. Conversely the companies which were offering health insurance for his or her employees are giving the individuals limited choices not to mention higher co-pays.

When the writer agreed to health insurance at his / her last job, he was shocked for the not only the higher co-pays but beyond pocket expenses associated along with his medical visit. The writer had to shell out an additional $150 dollars for the preventative test that would appear to have been covered years ago under an average medical plan. Now the writer just isn't claiming to be a guru on health insurance nor does he contain a plan or idea to alter the U. S health reform system. But the people message is this; we as a society end up being even more proactive in how we pay attention to ourselves. We as society still can't count on companies who employ us to play a big role in ones health and fitness maintenance. One more reason for people to take better care and attention of ourselves through diet regime and exercise, especially given the belief that more companies will not anymore offer health insurance whatsoever. The writer would desire that someday, companies may consider delivering more discounts to employees that participate in a physical exercise program.
