Memorized that thinking about eating a "rainbow" of veggies and fruits to boost your wellbeing? That's true - but Dutch scientists learned that adults who ate the most white vegetables and fruits, such as pears, celery, bananas, cauliflower and cuckes, obtained a 52 percent minimized risk of stroke.

Also advantageous:

  • sipping tea
  • consuming milk products to reduce blood pressure
  • enjoying junk fish
  • and yes, that rainbow of veggies and fruits helps too!
