Pooooowwwwp! Oops, was that sound from you? And, ugh, the things stinks? If ghastly gas is smelling up your daily life, it's time to understand how to improve your aroma:

  • Are one lactose intolerant? If that you're but love to take dairy, the result may well be rather, ahem, smelly. Try the increasing wide variety of dairy foods, from dairy products to ice cream, which were lactose free. Also: buy a dairy-free cookbook.
  • Starch can certainly cause problems. Try your low-gluten or gluten-free diet regime.
  • Beans are often called the musical fruit for any reason. Try using a digestive enzyme along the lines of bean-o or limit your current intake.
  • Broccoli, cabbage, together with cauliflower: great for a person's waist; bad on that will gassy feeling, smell along with sound. Solution: enjoy many other greens, such as eco-friendly beans and Romaine lettuce.
