Tonight over the Biggest Loser, it is Favorites Week, and season 5 victorious one Ali Vincent and year or so 9 contestant Sam Poueu made some very nice lunch dishes. Here they are simply, from NBC's Biggest Loss site:

SAM POUEU'S POULTRY BREAST WRAP

Ingredients
1 whole-wheat tortilla
2 oz . ground turkey breast
4 cherry tomatoes
1 tablespoon barbequed onions
1 tablespoon hummus
Romaine lettuce

Cook floor turkey breast and onion in any hot skillet; spread hummus regarding tortilla; add meat, lettuce, onions not to mention tomatoes. Wrap your tortilla. Like!

ALI VINCENT'S MANGO QUINOA GREENS

Makes 6 servings

2 servings cooked red quinoa (at space temperature or cold)
1 diced mango
1 small number chopped cilantro
1 15-ounce might black beans
1 purple bell pepper, chopped
6 environmentally friendly onions, thinly sliced
4 Tablespoons dark wine vinegar
3 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Tablespoon innovative lime juice

In a smaller bowl, combine vinegar, lube and lime juice. Combine the rest in a big can. Drizzle liquid mixture on the salad, and toss until finally well combined. Chill around an hour.
