1. Just because something states its vegetarian doesnt mean its healthy.

Pasta, potatoes, the white kind of bread, white rice, handsome, soda, etc. are all of vegetarian, but that does NOT mean you have to be consuming them.

2. Your food pyramid is still not really healthy.

Although the USDA did change in the food pyramid in 2005 it's still not built properly

A better option will be to base your meals near lean proteins, good body fat, plenty of vegetables, plus fruit after exercise.
