Unbeknownst to each of our church small group, I made these tasty little health bars for these people at our last compact group gathering and received numerous compliments on the recipes. Below I have provided the first recipe, and then also available a Paleo-friendly recipe adaptation that we actually made (for those using the Paleo diet which contains meat, vegetables, fruits, walnuts, oils, and seeds). Try them out your next party and unsuspicious guests!
