Former Biggest Loss trainer Jillian Michaels, that is now a co-host about the syndicated daytime show The Doctors, made welcome her old pal, Biggest Loser trainer Bob Harper on the show today to illustrate CrossFit.
Bob pits Jillian to protect against Doctors host Dr. Travis Stork to get a strength and endurance obstacle.
So what is certainly CrossFit?:
- Functional fitness which usually uses body weight for several exercises.
- Can be carried out anywhere and in a short timeframe.
- Pushes people at their limits.
