Lame-duck Biggest Loser machine Jillian Michaels, under him / her Empowered Media label, offers just released the well-rounded workout DVD Ripped through 30. The DVD features four 24-minute workouts that you just do over a four-week interval. Each level incorporates their 3-2-1 interval system:

  • 3 minutes involving strength
  • 2 minutes involving cardio
  • 1 minute regarding abs

The system is repeated 3 x in each workout.
