Celebrating your ex birthday today, comedienne Tina Fey continues slim despite her fast-paced, "30 Rock" lifestyle. The secret to the woman superhero shape? She once lost 35 pounds is determined to avoid finding it, she told Women's Health mag. And the diet that taught Tina to chow down right: Weight Watchers.

"When MY PARTNER AND I was 29, I forfeited about 35 pounds. I did so it through Weight Watchers, " Tina says. "That's when I learned the way to eat properly for to begin with. Before, I used to be a type of people who wouldn't eat anything throughout the day, then eat a easy at 4 p. meters., McDonald's at 10 r. m., and then turn in.
