Weight loss is really a struggle. A constant fight. Kim Botdorf knows this struggle all too very well. She struggled with food issues many of her adult life. For age 36, she climbed to her heaviest weight 215 not to mention size 18. Discouraged along with disillusioned with food, this girl battled back and procured her body back. She exercised and ate clean and surely could reduce her weight into the low 130s. However, that success wouldnt keep going as she soon identified it was too hard to keep up.

Kims eyes are opened when she attended a great bodybuilding show in 2002, I continually had broad shoulders, wide back in addition to a narrow waist not shaped for a typical girl, but similar to a linebacker. When she saw the ladies in the show, this girl realized where her contour fit now. She resolved to compete in bodybuilding and stepped in the stage in 2004. She earned fifth place and learned significantly about her body. The lady continued in 2006, competing and placing second set up womens novice and females masters. But the bodybuilding community was tough and Kims old difficulties with food came back in order to haunt her. Even after her success in shedding pounds, she found herself struggle to maintain her fitness level. It was a have difficulties. I think sometimes seeing that women, we get some magical number in the head and we get discouraged whenever we dont get there. We normally forget that we may very well be 5 lbs away, appearance good, but because we all didnt hit that quantity, we are disappointed.

After reaching an additional high weight of 200 lbs 2010, Kim started over once. And this time, she wanted to still do it. In the past, Ive supplied myself the pressure regarding specific goals-bodybuilding competition, triathlon, photo shoots-this time I prefer to do things differently. My goals are to stay in a reasonable weight, no extreme measure of leanness. Betty is considering a 50 percent marathon in November. She is about 10 lbs off from a healthy weight and is awaiting maintaining that weight. I never like to find myself having 30+ lbs to not win again. Her faith plays an enormous part in her fresh transformation and Kim is excited to arrive at a healthy weight and also live there.
