Jenny Craig took above the plaza at New York's Lincoln Center the other day for a free exterior cookout, and we've have the recipes.

Jenny Craig superstar clients Valerie Bertinelli, Sara Bum out over, Nicole Sullivan and Ross Mathews were surprised along at the event by a pen mob dance performance, plus Mathews, showing off his 40-pound fat reduction, also MC'd a movie star Recipe Challenge.

Attendees got to taste all the creations, and voted on the favorite recipe. Bertinelli won for my child Chipotle Cheeseburgers.

The tasty recipes use some Jenny Craig nutrition, but you can easily substitute your special food.

Valerie Bertinelli's Chipotle Cheeseburgers

  • 2 Jenny Craig Meat & Cheese Sliders
  • 3 tablespoons mild sour cream
  • 1/2 chipotle soup in adobo sauce, quickly chopped
  • 2 teaspoons light onion, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons unique cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon dark-colored pepper
  • 2 teaspoons butter, melted
  • 1/8 avocado, thinly sliced

Separate that buns, patties and cheese slices of your Beef & Cheese Sliders at the same time still frozen. Thaw the actual Slider components in wine refrigerator. Heat Slider patties for grill over medium high temperature. In a small toilet bowl, combine sour cream, chipotle, red onion, cilantro and pepper in concert and mix well. Baste bun encounters lightly with butter. Place buns at the grill face down in low heat until carefully brown. top bottom buns along with burger patty, cheese slice and half the sour cream mix. Top each with a new thin avocado slice not to mention cover with top buns.

Makes 2 cheeseburgers.

Sara Rue's Teriyaki Meat Kebabs

  • 4 hen breasts from Jenny Craig Chicken breast Sandwiches
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 environment friendly bell peppers
  • 1 inflammed onion
  • 8 mushrooms
  • 16 sections pineapple

Teriyaki Sauce/Marinade

  • 3/4 container low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 goblet vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic herb, minced
  • 3 tablespoons honey

Thaw fowl breasts in refrigerator. Within a small bowl, combine ingredients for any sauce/marinade. Slice each chicken white meat into 6 to 8 bits. Marinate chicken breast bits for 20 minutes within the marinade. Soak wooden skewers on water for 30 seconds. Slice bell peppers along with onions into 1-inch squares. Create chicken, vegetables and pineapple in skewers putting 3 to 4 bits of chicken on each skewer with the help of vegetables and pineapple concerning. Brush generously with teriyaki sauce/marinade. Place kebabs on grill on low heat. If kebabs beginning burn, transfer to uppr rack. Baste kebabs having sauce/marinade throughout. Grill till veggies are tender.

Makes 8 kebabs.

Nicole Sullivan's Is Turkey Burger

  • 2 Jenny Craig Poultry Burgers
  • 2 tablespoons pineapple, diced
  • 2 tablespoons mango, diced
  • 1 tablespoon discolored bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 Roma tomato, diced
  • Pinch in dill
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinaigrette

Separate frosty turkey burger patties not to mention buns. Thaw in wine cooling unit. Heat turkey burger patties in the grill over medium temperature. Warm the buns about low heat. Stir together with each other pineapple, mango, bell spice up, tomato and dill together with balsamic dressing. Top hamburgers with salsa blend.

Makes 2 cheese burgers.
