Chew within this: revitalizing Italian Quiche out of "Tired and Wired" author

Italian Quiche

1 tumbler chopped eggplant
12 glass chopped zucchini
12 cup of coffee chopped red bell pepper
13 cup of coffee chopped onion
1 clove beans, minced
1 teaspoon essential olive oil, plus extra for loaf tray 4 eggs, beaten
13 pot heavy cream
12 mug shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon healthy oregano
12 cup sliced basil

Preheat range to 400 degrees.

In substantial skillet, heat olive engine oil over medium heat. Saute eggplant, zucchini, bell spice up, onion, and garlic unless onion is translucent in addition to vegetables reach desired pain. Remove from heat.
