New Year's Resolutions are fairly grayscale for most people; you either trust them, or you usually do not. As with many points, I'm happier in that gray area.

There can be a reason commercial gyms tend to be swamped in January and cleared out for that regulars by mid-February on the latest. Hopefully there is a few new regulars with the pack, but they will be the lovely exception. For way to many, fitness resolutions lie within the band aid category.

After many days of holiday over-indulging, it is now time we resolve to "hit all the gym" and "eat balanced. " Neither of the statements are sustainable goals almost certainly going to shape someone's life for ones better.
