Almost each and every celebrity gossip magazine contains 1 or 2 photos of a slender star sipping an extensive, frothy coffee beverage. How sweet it's always, you think, and head off to your nearest Starbucks or other cafe to have one yourself. The problem if you're attempting to lose weight: most of those great coffee concoctions contain mega-calories. Sweet syrups, whipped cream, dark chocolate, and other add-ins could make that seemingly innocent espresso beverage sky-rocket to 800 calories or over!

Your diet choice:

  • If you're ordering in the cafe, choose a sugar-free edition with non-fat milk.
  • Preparing a delicacy at home? Try some sort of flavored ground coffee. One of my favorite coffees for this function is New England Chocolate bars Cappuccino flavor, which contains no sugar but does gives a very rich, sweet tastes. The company also makes a lot of other flavors, from Blueberry cobbler cappuccino to vanilla. Enhance the actual flavor of New The uk coffee by stirring on sugar-free Italian syrup, which includes sugar-free Torani vanilla syrup.
