Ahhh-choo! Eliminate me, but I've got an awful cold. And a temperature. And chills (cough, cough). It's that not-so-jolly period known as flu summer. The good news: eating right will allow you to ward off those harmful bugs:

  • Stay hydrated. Drinking enough water is really important - and it's best for your skin besides!

  • Don't skimp upon protein. Whether you take a vegetarian diet such simply because Alicia Silverstone or plan to enjoy fish such like eggs, beef, and fish including celebrity weight loss medical professional Dr. Pescatore recommends through his red-carpet diet, protein is crucial for your health.

And make sure exercise for good health in the process. That way, you'll look great AND maintain the immune system who is fit as well.
