For each quesadilla you will have:
Vegetables you for example (squash, zucchini, red spice up, mushrooms etc)
Couple of tortillas (flour or ingrown toenail, whichever you prefer)
pot refried beans
One particular slice of cheese (cheddar, spice up jack, chipotlewhatever you like)
Organic spray
Directions:
- Slice the vegetables length-wise to be able to will cover as most of the tortilla as feasible. Only use one or possibly two slices of each vegetable so the quesadilla doesnt become overstuffed.
- Lay both of them tortillas next to one another, and on one ones, spread the beans. Relating to the other, lay the dairy products.
- Take the omelet pan, about the figures on the tortilla you are going to be using. Spray some cooking spray onto it, and heat to carrier heat. If the petrol starts smoking, turn down heat.
- Carefully lay the vegetables with the pan. Only put one layer of veggies during the pan. Let them brown one side, and then start to the other section and brown that end. When they look tasty, and are softened a tad, take them out for the pan, and put them over the cheese side of typically the tortilla (the heat from them will begin to melt the cheese). Lay another tortilla on top.
- Let the pan cool off a bit, if required. Spray with some additional cooking spray. Then, place the quesadilla with the pan with the dairy products side down until gold brown. Carefully flip this quesadilla over, and cook through to the other side is older brown. Note that the second side goes much faster than the first.
- When achieved, put the quesadilla about the cutting board and have a pizza cutter or big knife to cut in quarters.
- Serve with the help of sour cream and salsa in the event desired.
