You've read about the X Factor Show on tv.... but did you understand the Y factor regarding dieting? Here's the deal: I refer to the Y factor because the key to diet victory. It involves asking your own self WHY you're dieting:

- To satisfy YOUR want to improve your health and even feel more positive approximately your appearance? If that's your "Y" factor -- you're a victor!
What to do that will help yourself succeed:
- Find dieting plan that works available for you, whether it's Weight Watchers or the main Loser.
- Find somebody to support you and form groups with you for victory.
- Focus on the baby steps, from changing one portion of your current food propose to tossing out the "bad" foods within your cupboards (begone, those double-stuffed Oreos! ).
