Tonight's Biggest Loser months 13 week 10 experienced a trainer swap, Dolvett through tights going Baryshnikov, scheming and game participating in galore and Cassandra tearfully saying goodbye within a tough elimination.
Still reeling via watching his son Chism become eliminated, Mark and the green team rallied around because of their trainer Dolvett.
The concept this week: Get in the comfort zone. Alison arrived to the kitchen and dropped a less than comfortable bomb on the matchups theyre switching trainers. Plus another twist: after the particular weigh-in, the winning team grows to eliminate someone on any losing team.
Bob and Dolvett were around the challenge, but all the contestants were uncomfortable, some downright whiny.

Buddy and Bob sat all the down to chat, and Buddy told him or her the gut-wrenching story having to deal with to see his little one daughter die in his arms six rice. After that was if his weight spiraled uncontrolled.
Dolvett took the black team to your ballet studio, and of course, dude suited up in tights with everybody else. The workout was the truth to the women, who seem to saw how ballet dancers continue being so fit. The main team to dig in place 40 plates wins a 2-pound advantage for the scale. Black team struggled at the beginning and nearly caught about the red team but it really was a red-team success.
Weigh-in: Red team includes a 2-pound advantage and your winning team will vote off someone for the losing team. Howd that they do?

Elimination: Wow, lovely low numbers for the two teams, which is stunning, given that their exercise sessions got a shake-up. So red team reaches vote off a charcoal team member. Emily is safe not to mention everyone else is available. Conda seemed to really feel safe since earlier inside the show she buddied nearly her old teammates. Chris and Cassandra seemed the best vulnerable since they didnt have any relations left on the rnch. Buddy cast the determining vote for Cassandra not to mention sent her home. Buddy felt that she was the prevailing threat. Shes leaving when using the highest percentage of fat burning of any woman over the ranch so her probability of winning the at-home treasure is good.
The upgrade: Cassandra is 90 pounds down now and it has moved to New You are able to to pursue her desire being a travel reporter.
