Personal physical fitness trainers... personal chefs... particular nutritionists... home gyms: celebrities definitely have quite a few very expensive tricks they can use to achieve all those enviably slim silhouettes. But that doesn't mean that you must enjoy wealth to achieve a good body.

Try these secrets to win at the fat reduction game:

  • Ever notice what number of celebrities are photographed sustaining bottles of water? Staying hydrated with water keeps the facial skin clear and your physique slim. Studies show any time people "drink" their fat laden calories (as in those fizzy, creamy coffee drinks), those extra calories don't create a full feeling -- and so they tend to consume more calories consequently. So drink water each day.
  • Recognize the improvement between emotions and food cravings. Anger, frustration, fear, and in some cases happiness, for some most people, result in a food craving. Feeling bored? Annoyed? Try going on a walk, calling a colleague, or journaling.
