Let's add more color to the life by eating more colorful vegetable and fruit, that is! I wish to remind my readers annually because we could all increase our health by changing the way we think about food. Show up is officially here, and it's well known how spectacular the come colors are, so let's begin to chow down choose more seasonal vegetables and fruits by color. So most of the time our focus is on weight-loss and calories, but this week we will change our emphasis in the "color" variety in our eating hence the nutrients will follow!
In point, focusing on color in this foods is one easy and fun way for you to teach young children concerning nutrition, and to generate eating their veggies pleasure.
