Shred 1/2 brain of green cabbage in addition to 1/4 head of pink cabbage. Slice up 4 toddler carrots. Combine in your bowl with 1/2 mug of non-fat Greek yogurt, 1/4 glass of chopped scallions, 1/4 teaspoon with garlic salt, and 2 tablespoons regarding fat-free sour cream.
