The remaining 11 players are put into 4 teams, each with the own trainer and an individual comes back to all the Ranch after previously becoming voted off - The author, Jen's dad. The teams are going strong now for 11 weeks along with the improvements in their body are extremely noticable now. But it's not just the outside oftentimes changing, as we learn during their still difficult workouts:

- Justin - "It's exhilarating to finally become what you would like to be. I offer an inner strength now. The inner transformation matters beyond the weights"
- Trainer Brett - "You think that the physical stuff is definitely hard, but it certainly is the emotional stuff that is definitely hardest", as he promotes his team to show, to take time out and about to breathe and remember why they can be there.
- Kaylee - "This experience has taken out things deep on the inside me. I found what I was ready for emotionally. My journey obtain done - it's about fixing what exactly is inside"
In an ironic perspective of fate, Kaylee has resolved to go home their self and purposely doesn't slim down so that she will probably be sent home. Unfortunately, her teammate Ken loses enough weight and keep their team safe plus her plans are trashed among the red team members might be home - Justin or possibly Courtney. Justin, who is a huge leader and tough guy your complete 11 weeks, has spent his time "calling out" business friends, pushing everyone constantly, toughing it all out and making all people around him tough it again out. Courtney, who is loved by all and reached her goal in losing over 200 lbs on this weigh-in, doesn't want so that you can leave. While Kaylee, who had was going to walk away, is now forced to be.
Justin falls over the sword for Courtney and finnishes leaving the Ranch. Equally ironically, he was the innovator on bodyfat percentage lost up until now. Courtney stays another month and Justin goes place where he puts his / her new plans into activity, continues to lose more importance at home and appearance fantastic. He takes what he learned at the Ranch and puts it into action at your house, starting "Justin's Call Out", which he says is similar to a "Help out". He is a accurate leader as he continues on his journey and teaches as you go along. He encourages everyone to "find the face that's in you. Have the courage. It's the most sensible thing. "
